چکیده
Abstract This paper addresses several problematic scientific practices in psycholinguistic research. We discuss challenges that arise when working with minority languages, such as the notion of monolingual/monocultural normality and its historical origins, stereotype native-speakerism, quest for testing people who fit specific profiles, implications policy urges scholars to match bilingual groups monolingual comparison groups, use powerful theoretical narratives may evoke labels ableist terminology. These issues invest field psycholinguistics questionable contribute marginalization do not tick standard normative boxes. Surveying some most widespread psycholinguistics, our emphasis is on how processes policies embody stereotypes exclusion certain from literature, grievous consequences visibility representation minoritized languages.

A Natural Language Generator for Minority Languages
The Bible Translator’s Assistant (TBTA) is a natural language generator (NLG) designed specifically for field linguists doing translation work in minority languages. In particular, TBTA is intended to generate drafts of the narrative portions of the Bible as well as numerous community development articles in a very wide range of languages. TBTA uses the rich interlingua approach. The semantic r...

A major problem for neuroscientists and clinicians is why the central nervous system shows ineffective regeneration after injury. Injured peripheral nerve fibers reform their connections, whereas those in injured spinal cord never re-grow. Insights into the mechanisms for repair and restoration of function after spinal cord injury have been obtained by experiments showing that injured nerve cel...

This paper presents a measurement study of file system usage for a group of mobile devices users in different locations. The goal of this study is to dispel the idea that the behaviour of mobile systems can be modelled as being homogenous across various locations. The study shows that all volunteers access statistically significantly different sets of data as they move across locations. These r...
